A combined drug called Kamagra Super is intended to treat both premature ejaculation (PE) and erectile dysfunction (ED). It contains 60 mg of dapoxetine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), and 100 mg of sildenafil citrate, a PDE5 inhibitor. While dapoxetine works by delaying ejaculation, which allows for better control and longer-lasting sexual performance, sildenafil increases blood flow to the penis, assisting men in achieving and maintaining a hard erection during sexual activity.
